After graduating from the Army Institute of Law in 2019, he has worked in reputable companies and law firms such as EY GDS, Saikrishna & Associates and ANM Global. During stints with such firms, while working on broader mandates of the firm, Alaqshendra was engaged for strategically crucial rules such as a secondment with a leading audio entertainment platform, where he looked after their entire operations in India and on a full-time secondment with a leading regional music label as their Head of Legal. Tina Ann Oommen is an Associate at TMT Law Practice. She has a background in commerce and has graduated with a Bachelors degree in Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2018. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, has a keen interest in technology, Intellectual property (IP), data protection and dispute resolution laws. Tina has worked with a leading multinational IT & ITeS company where she gained the experience as a corporate transactional lawyer. Her work included review of agreements, licensing terms, negotiations, managing the intellectual property (IP) portfolio, and maintenance of technology applications and open source and licensed software. She also extensively advised the business teams on export control transactions, policy making, data protection, employment and dispute resolution.

Prior to this engagement, Tina has transactional experience including due-diligence, at a law firm in the general corporate and banking team where she also got the opportunity to provide opinion to clients.

Apart from being a lawyer, she is an avid reader, a history and adventure enthusiast, enjoys cycling, long hikes, photography and travel.

Manya is a Senior Associate at TMT Law Practice. She graduated from the BA LLB (Hons.) program at Jindal Global Law School in August 2021. Manya possesses extensive experience in intellectual property and media laws, specializing in managing and safeguarding intellectual property assets of diverse clients. She has expertise in drafting IP, media and commercial contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic counsel on trademarks, designs and copyrights. Manya has successfully managed large IP portfolios, litigated disputes, and advised on enforcement risks. She has also handled numerous trademark prosecution matters, domain name disputes and litigation matters pan India.

She has led contract negotiations for several Start-up clients with a portfolio covering SaaS contracts, API licensing, RFPs, co-founder and master service agreements. Mansi Rathi is an associate at TMT Law Practice. She graduated from the Institute of Law Nirma University, where I successfully completed my B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree in the batch of 2018-2023. Anukriti Trivedi is an Associate at TMT Law Practice. She holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) from Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, where she developed a strong interest in arbitration and commercial litigation. Throughout her academic journey, she has also published on various subject areas such as digital privacy, ISDS and arbitration law. Before joining TMT, Anukriti worked in the chambers of Mr. Ankur Sood, AoR, Supreme Court of India, where besides civil and commercial litigation, she also focused on construction arbitrations, electricity and telecom disputes, among others. Gaurav Pandey is an Associate at TMT Law Practice.
